To redeem the iTunes Gift card on your computer, you will need to have the iTunes software installed and running.

Launch it, go to Account, Redeem. It will ask you for your iTunes account login details.

On the page that comes up you will see the Redeem box where you will put in the code on your iTunes Gift card.
